🐾 Food & Treat Returns

For safety and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used dog treats.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Defective

  • Or not as described

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
